Ace's Design Pte Ltd collects personal data through this website so that we can reply to enquiries and quote for work. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect your name, contact number, email address, property type, key collection date, preferred concept, renovation budget, any floor plan link you share, and whatever you write in the message field.

We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived at the site. This is not linked to your enquiry and does not identify you by name.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for identification numbers.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare a quotation and, if you engage us, to carry out the work.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and improve our service.
• To understand which pages and articles are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our own database rather than a third-party form service. The site and its database are hosted on Vercel and Neon, on servers in Singapore. Analytics data is processed by Google.

Access to enquiry records is limited to the people at Ace’s Design who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the purpose they were given — typically while we are in contact with you about a project, and for a period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, correct anything inaccurate, or withdraw your consent to us holding it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
