HDB Interior Design in Singapore
Every HDB flat starts from the same shell and ends up somewhere completely different. Eleven of the homes in our portfolio are HDB.
What we do
Design and build under one team, for BTO and resale flats — the layout decisions first, then the carpentry, finishes and lighting that follow from them.
Layout and hacking decisions
The kitchen half-wall, the non-structural walls that can move, and the ones that cannot. This is decided before anything is drawn, because everything else depends on it.
Built-in carpentry
Where most of an HDB budget goes, and the part that decides whether a compact flat feels calm or cluttered. Full-height storage, wardrobes, television consoles and entryway joinery.
Permits and submissions
HDB renovation permits are handled as part of the project, so you are not the one chasing approvals mid-renovation.
Finishes and lighting
Materials chosen for Singapore humidity rather than for a mood board, and lighting planned with the ceiling instead of picked at the end.
HDB projects we have completed
Every HDB flat in our portfolio, by block and estate. Four of them are in Tampines and two in Punggol Place.
