These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern design or renovation work — that is set out in the quotation and contract signed for your project, and those documents take precedence over anything here.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not reserve capacity in our schedule. We will reply to discuss your project. Any figures we mention before a site visit are indicative only; a firm price follows a proper assessment of your unit and scope.

Please give us accurate information. A quotation built on the wrong flat type, key collection date or scope will have to change.

Content and accuracy

Our project pages and articles describe completed work and general guidance for Singapore homes. Regulations, costs and lead times change — HDB and BCA requirements in particular — so treat anything dated as a snapshot rather than current advice. Check with us or the relevant authority before making a decision that depends on it.

Photographs and other material

The photographs, drawings, text and design work on this site belong to Ace's Design Pte Ltd or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not reproduce our project photography or copy our written content for commercial use without asking first.

Reviews and ratings

Client reviews shown on this site are published by their authors on Google. We reproduce them as written and link to the source so you can read them in full and in context.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove pages without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
